Jason needed a way to remind customers of his pressure washing services throughout the warmer months of the year. He knew email marketing was the answer, but he needed a little help in creating designs to match the quality of his services. After the email newsletter design was complete he wanted to carry the same graphics throughout his other marketing materials. 

THE SOLUTION:

HTML Email Newsletter. We began with Jason's existing customer email addresses and a list of monthly topics. At the end of the process, Jason had a newsletter ready to send with seasonal stories, coupons and testimonials from satisfied customers. He no longer worries with writing the newsletter each month or creating graphics to attract viewers.  

Name Change Flyers. Because business expanded a name change was needed. Jason wanted to make sure his customers knew where to find him the next time they needed service. To solve the problem, we created  brightly colored flyers announcing the change. The flyers were only one-third of a page, allowing them to slip easily inside an envelope and keep printing costs low.

Estimate Forms. Jason needed a functional estimate form for his team to easily calculate costs and take notes about potential jobs. We drafted a form meeting his needs and worked to print it the most economical way possible.

Cover Sheet. Professional presentation is essential in winning over new business. Jason needed a way to grab attention with his presentations, without adding extra cost. We created a cover sheet matching his established colors and design. Jason can use this sheet in both printed and PDF documents, giving him flexibility while minimizing expenses.
